Prepare and send contract (provided by Business Owner)
Send “Welcome Email”, client intake form, and onboarding documents
Add clients’ information, details, signed contracts, and products or services chosen to your filing software system*
Setup and organize client labels in your inbox
Send automated scheduling tool for client’s “Kick Off” call
Add clients to your accounting/invoice software system
Send initial invoice

- *Client Onboarding - One Time Project (Flat rate) = $250 *(up to 4 new clients in same month).

Each additional client within same month = $75 per client

- On-going support for Client Onboarding = $200 (up to 6 clients per month)
