  • Assign training modules for new hires

 

Employee Management

  • Schedule performance reviews between managers/employees

  • Database management of employee files

  • Process transfers, status changes, performance appraisals and terminations

  • Conduct exit interviews

  • Update and maintain employee reports

  • Assign e-courses to current employees for compliance
